In 1999 the board of M+H Power Systems decided to acquire two companies, Nikko and Westpower Rectifiers. These two companies offered dynamic synergies to the existing M+H Power Systems Group structure and enabled the company to have unrivalled "in house" expertise and to produce and have access to a very extensive range of power products.
