MHS Technologies New Zealand

In a move aimed at consolidating its position in the Power Solutions market, in 2000 M+H Power Systems Pty Ltd has bought all of the interests of MHS Technologies Ltd. New Zealand. Operating as M+H Power Systems Ltd the new entity will retain almost all of the existing staff and continue to concentrate on its core business of Battery and Power Systems Solution selling. Warehousing will be relocated to Auckland to better service its customer base, and manufacturing will be gradually phased out and relocated to M+H's new modern manufacturing facilities in Melbourne. Sales and Service Support centres will continue to operate in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with merchandising products also available through an established distribution and OEM network.

This new acquisition will complete the current growth phase of M+H, which has seen it grow from nine employees in July 1995 to the current 70 employees. M+H Power Systems, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch will continue to strive for excellence in the provision of cost effective soundly engineered power solutions for its customers with the passion and commitment that keeps them ahead of the pack.
